76 alfa spider/rear end noise

    on take off,i feel a vibration from the rear which levels out,however no
    visible explanation,...is it time to replace my rear end,u-joints,or my
    rear passenger tire? help me please...

    Rear bearings would be my first check, then the axle mounts and suspension.
